The San Dimas Farmers Market is a place where the community gathers every Wednesday to enjoy the small town atmosphere.  Plenty of prepared food vendors will be cooking up a variety of dishes sure to please everyone’s taste.  Of course it would not be a farmers market if it didn’t have a great selection of fruits and vegetables from Certified Producers. In addition, they have scheduled a live band every week.  This farmers market features produce, prepared foods, cut flowers, plants and pre-packaged foods.

Offered are farm fresh produce including cherries, white and yellow peaches, dates, grapes, citrus (oranges, grapefruit, lemons, avocados), cantaloupe, strawberries, cabbage, carrots, radish, corn, beets, green beans, sweet potatoes, mustard greens, broccoli, herbs, asparagus, tomatoes, eggplant, squash, cauliflower, celery, onions, green onions, cucumbers, romaine, lettuce. (Check their official website for what’s in season)  Specialties: colorful cut flowers, roses, flowering bushes, varieties of trees available, local honey. Some produce is organic.

Years past it was 3 blocks long and more of a swap meet.  The type of market has changed for the better.   Vendor Categories include California Certified Producers (Farmers), Prepared Foods, and Food Vendors. They also have limited Arts and Crafts, Healthy and Beauty & Sponsors.

Some of their past vendors included: Gourmet Tamale Factory, Margies Shuck Wagon, Snowie California etc.
